The Cambridge Concert Band is thrilled to announce Dorothy Vreeswyk-Kidd as our new music director. Dorothy brings with her a great deal of experience from both sides of the baton.

othy completed her Honours Bachelor of Music at Wilfrid Laurier University and her Bachelor of Education at the University of Windsor.
She has both performed in and led a number of music groups including the Ceremonial Guard Band in Ottawa, River City Jazz Band, Concordia Orchestra, and the New Edmonton Wind Sinfonia, and the Guelph Symphony Orchestra, to name a few.
Dorothy is also chair of the board for the Suzuki String School of Guelph and is a foster mom for future service dogs through the Lions Foundation of Canada.
We look forward to working with Dorothy to continue to promote community music in Cambridge.
